Refund & Exchange policy

We make every effort to ensure that your order is carefully dispatched to you and we hope that you are happy with your purchase.

However if you wish to return your item(s) you should follow the procedure below.

Please note: item(s) must be in their original condition, suitable for re-sale as brand new and returned within 28 days of receiving them. All refunds or exchanges are subject to approval by Riders Offshore Ltd.

For your protection, where you are returning an item to us, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for non-delivery of return items. We are not liable for goods that do not reach us.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.

Riders Offshore Ltd must receive notification immediately should any goods arrive in a damaged state. The items must be returned within 28 days of receipt, accompanied by a returns number (issued by Riders Offshore Ltd)

Visors/Shields

Can only be exchanged/refunded if package is unopened and no attempt has been made to fit.

Black and Iridium visors are race products therefore, manufacturers do not offer warranties but in exceptional circumstances Riders Offshore Ltd may consider offering warranty replacements at their own expense.

Visors Legal Notice

Coloured visors are for daytime use only. They are not road legal in the UK and many other regions.

By proceeding you agree that it is your sole responsibility to know the legal restriction on the use of coloured visors in your region and that Riders Offshore Ltd can not be held liable for any consequences arising from the misuse or illegal use of any product purchased from this website.

Motorcycle Helmets

Due to safety/hygiene reasons we regret that helmets can only be accepted for return as a result of manufacturing defects or the goods being received by the customer in a damaged condition.

Please note that all helmets are thoroughly inspected and approved by Riders Offshore Ltd prior to dispatch to the customer.

Order Cancellation

To cancel orders please email us as soon as possible. Alternatively telephone us on 01481 258520.

You may cancel your contract with us for the goods you order at any time up to the end of the fourteenth working day from the day after the date you ordered the goods.

If you have received the goods before you cancel your contract then you must send the goods back to our contact address at your own cost and risk. If you cancel your contract but we have already processed the goods for delivery you must not unpack the goods when they are received by you and you must send the goods back to us at our contact address at your own cost and risk as soon as possible.

Riders Offshore will charge a 5% cancellation fee. Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, any sum debited to us from your credit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order.

If you cancel the contract but do not return the goods to us in the condition they were in when delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.
