All orders accepted by this company are subject to these terms and conditions of sale. Once Riders Offshore Ltd has received payment we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an e-mail to you at the email address that you provide in your order form. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. All descriptions and illustrations contained in this website are only intended to give a general idea of the products, specifications may vary slightly.
To assist in prompt dispatch, please use the correct product codes and descriptions as supplied on this website.
Your card will be debited the moment you place your order. This will reserve stock for you. If for any reason a product is out of stock we will notify you within 48 hours and if you don't want to wait for a product to come into stock then just email us and we'll give you a full refund.

The payment from your credit or debit card will be taken by Sage Page our secure payment service provider.
Sage Pay’s systems are scanned quarterly by Trustwave which are an independent Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) and an Approved Scanning Vendor (ASV) for the payment card brands.
Sage pay is also audited annually under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) and is a fully approved Level 1 payment services provider, which is the highest level of compliance. We are also active members of the PCI Security Standards Council (SSC) that defines card industry global regulation. They adhere to the most stringent levels of fraud screening, and ensure that your details remain secure throughout the transaction process.
If you are making your payment via PayPal and for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us and well assist you with a prompt solution. Please let us work on the issues. We'd like to settle any problem in a friendly manner before opening a case on PayPal.
All goods are posted by standard Royal Mail post. Orders placed before 14:00/2.00pm will usually be dispatched the same day depending on how busy we are and subject to items being in stock.
Please allow 3-7 working days for delivery.
If you do require a trackable Registered service (next day delivery) this priority service is available for an additional charge please contact us before 2.p.m.
Smaller items will be dispatched via Royal Mail airmail 7-14 working days.
Larger items (Helmets/Boots) via Worldwide Parcel Force 7-14 working days.
As we are based in the Channel Islands vat is not applicable however please note HM Customs have the right to collect duty on certain goods over £15.00. Should this be the case we will guarantee to refund the duty paid upon presentation of duty receipt.
For customers overseas you may be liable for local import taxes in your area; it is your responsability to check with your local authorities.
