All orders accepted by this company are subject to these terms and conditions of sale. Once payment has been received by Riders Offshore Ltd, we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an e-mail to you at the email address that you provide in your order form. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. Delivery

All orders are processed within 48 hours.

Please allow 3-7 working days for delivery via Royal Mail/Parcel Force.

24-48 hour delivery is available; please contact us for additional shipping cost.

Should the item not be available at the time of ordering we will notify you within 48 hours and with the option to cancel the order or place the item on back order. Any claims for non-delivery or shortages must be made in writing within 7 days of delivery.

VAT

As we are based in the Channel Islands vat is not applicable however please note HM Customs have the right to collect duty on certain goods over £18.00. Should this be the case we will guarantee to refund the duty paid upon presentation of duty receipt.
